Ocean Time Marine are a global maritime safety management consultancy with offices in Melbourne. I worked closely with Ocean Time Marine through the design of their safety management products. The e-commerce website together with the product development included project management, digital product design, payment gateway integration, search engine optimisation and digital marketing.
The site features a content management system, multi-currency shopping cart, secure payment gateway with one of Australia’s largest banks and a sales management system. Additional Services provided were print media design, ad campaign design and promotional video creation.
For the unique needs of Ocean Time Marine, I got them set up with Woocommerce to promote, manage and transact their digital online technologies. It’s given them a firm ecommerce foundation for their business and allowed them to scale their product lines.
The Ocean Time Marine Logo and brand colour choices are based around the concept of increased visibility at sea. The colour palette reflects this concept with a strong, yellow primary colour often associated with ‘safety’ amid a palette of accent colours evoking the ocean. The chosen symbol of a lighthouse further strengthens the values of the company and its product offerings – connoting simplicity, technology and modernity.
